Below is the 1010 Technology Center Calendar. This shows the dates we will be onsite. Keep in mind, this schedule may change. If it changes, an updated schedule will be attached as soon as possible.
Follow these steps when you need technical support:
1. On days when 1010 is on site:
- Low priority questions & support can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or call extension 101 or direct dial 826-1101. This mailbox and phone number will be monitored while the technician is on site.
2. On days when 1010 is not on site:
- Low priority questions & support should be emailed to email@example.com and emails will be answered the next time a technician is onsite.
- For high priority support, Please contact your department head. They will be responsible for approving and submitting all requests for high priority support.
Onsite dates for August 2023: 2nd, 4th, 8th, 10th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 22nd, 24th, 28th, 30th
Onsite dates for September 2023: 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th,12th, 14th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 26th, 28th
